The robot uses an arm to score tubes in the shape of the FIRST logo on scoring racks (red triangles, white circles, and blue squares).
What does it do in autonomous?
Six light sensors on the front of the robot were used as line followers during autonomous.
What is the minibot?
The minibot climbs up a pole at the end game in order to score points. Our minibot utilized magnets and a small motor to go up the pole. Unfortunately, we never got it to do so during the actual game.
When did it compete?
The 2011 LogoMotion Robot competed in the Chesapeake Regional Competition at the Baltimore Convention Center on March 17 to March 20, 2011, and in the Philadelphia Regional at the Liacouras Center on April 7 to April 9, 2011.
