Custom Mechanical Services Inc is a family business that has been meeting the construction needs of Maryland since 2000. They are proud members of both the UA Local 486 Plumbers & Steamfitters Union and COUNT (Contractors and Unions Together). The business operates in Harford, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Howard, Cecil, and Prince George counties as well as Baltimore City.
While focusing primarily on commercial construction, residential work is also performed. Services include plumbing, gas fitting, heating & air conditioning as well as sheet metal work and general construction. We are a multi-faceted organization built around servicing the customer's needs. Our projects include everything from custom homes to residential service work to new building construction and tenant fitouts. Our specialties include commercial kitchen installations, doctor's offices, radiant heat services and water service replacements.
We strive to promote green building with energy efficient products such as tankless water heaters and solar water heaters.
